Budajenő’s cemetery chapel dates back to the Arpad era; it was built on the ruins of the 12th century church, presumably at the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries.
A 12th century relief can be found in the wall, the masonry has traces of Byzantine style. The Old Church, the Calvary and the old cemetery create an architectural complex correlated with the stations.
