Hősök tere (Heroes Square) is located next to Fő utca (Main Street) and the St. Anna Church in Perbál, and is one of the settlement’s emblematic public spaces.
The Heroes monument, commemorating local heroes who died in the 1st and 2nd World Wars, stands at the center of the park.
The displacement memorial to the Swabs from Perbál who were deported in 1946 can also be found on the square. The community that still cultivates German traditions today holds annual commemorations at the relief work.
The headboard on Hősök tere (Heroes Square) was erected to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1956 revolution and war of independence in 2006.
